GSR Ghana recruits <strong>Time &amp; Attendance Systems Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Compile daily, weekly, and monthly time and attendance (T&amp;D) statistics for various departments<br \/>\nGenerate attendance reports as and when required for decision-making<br \/>\nProvide T&amp;D data to heads of department upon request<br \/>\nEnsure all T&amp;D documents are properly scrutinised, timely processed and report irregularities to HR Manager and Security Superintendent<br \/>\nSupervise the verification of specimen signatures and correct document completion to prevent fraudulent practices on input documents submitted from line managers<br \/>\nReconcile attendance data with timesheets to ensure that employees are paid correct monthly overtime<br \/>\nSupervise inputting of shift rosters into access control system to ensure that only employees required to work on the shift are allowed access to and from their work areas<br \/>\nAssist with the smooth workflow of employees to and from their work areas by ensuring the effective functioning of the access control system<br \/>\nPerform any other related duties that may be assigned time to time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BSc Computer Science, degree in Statistics or related area of study from a recognised tertiary institution with at least three (3) years hands-on experience<br \/>\nKnowledge of and experience in analysing time and attendance data from biometric system<br \/>\nExcellent data analysis skills<br \/>\nFluent and working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point etc<br \/>\nProficient in technical report writing<br \/>\nMust possess valid Ghanaian driving license<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications indicating contact telephone numbers\/current e-mail address together with detailed CV and copies of relevant academic documents should be forwarded to: <strong>recruitment@gsrgh.com<\/strong> or<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Human Resources &amp; Administration Manager<\/strong><br \/>\nGolden Star (Bogoso\/Prestea) Limited<br \/>\nP.
