{"id":151,"date":"2010-06-16T00:49:30","date_gmt":"2010-06-16T00:49:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=151"},"modified":"2016-11-14T16:05:29","modified_gmt":"2016-11-14T16:05:29","slug":"barclays-bank-ghana-operational-risk-analyst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/barclays-bank-ghana-operational-risk-analyst.html","title":{"rendered":"Barclays Bank Ghana Jobs: Operational Risk Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Barclays Bank Ghana<\/strong> is\u00a0seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced professional with the imagination and determinat in to deliver first class services in our Operational Risk Team, this position is to based in Accra Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of Role:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe job holder will assist in the definition, delivery, support, enhancement, documentation and testing of management information and Operational Risk systems\/tools<br \/>\nTo support the development and implementation of new strategic Operational Risk initiatives and opportunities generating value by maximizing the awareness of Operational Risk in the business<br \/>\nEmbed operational risk, management ownership in all business units through providing experts advice, sharing best-practice and risk, mitigation techniques with business management to enable them to pro-actively manage the operational risks within the business area<br \/>\nAssist in the definition, delivery, support, enhancement, documentation and testing of management information and Operational Risk systems\/tools<br \/>\nHigh levle of insight into contracts, project plans definition documents, strategic initiatives, executive minutes, or any other documentation that would require operational risk management involvement therein and provide feedback to the relevant teams<br \/>\nSupport the development and implementation of new strategies Operational Risk initiatives and opportunities generating value by maximizing the awareness of Operational Risk in the businesses, Communicate and maintain a raised level of operational risk awareness in all staff in the business through direct contacts, operational risk awareness circulars, training and engagement of all stakeholders within the country<br \/>\nCoordinates with internal department\/across clusters, risk partners and programme managers in the development of plans, implementation of new processes and delivery of new programs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A degree in Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, etc) or equivalent professional qualification e.g. ACIB<br \/>\nGood written and verbal communication skills<br \/>\nKnowledge of construction reports, executive summaries and briefs<br \/>\n3-4 year&#8217;s Banking or Audit experience<br \/>\nGood understanding of the Operational Risk Framework and its regulatory environment<br \/>\nStrong IT skills, An experience in an MIS related role will be added advantage<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply, please send your application letter and CV to the:<\/p>\n<p>Human Resource Operational Managers<br \/>\nBarclays Bank of Ghana Ltd<br \/>\nP.
