We strive to keep current on the latest trends in mobile technologies, so you\u2019ll be expected to effectively lead team members and act as a technical reference.<\/p>\n<p>You will explain various technologies and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Drive root cause analysis of bugs and implement their fixes.<\/li>\n<li>Requirement Analysis \u2013 Document, analyze and estimate requirements based on customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Process and Methodology \u2013 Work in an Agile environment and use tools such as Git, JIRA and Confluence to track development and issues related to a product.<\/li>\n<li>Communication \u2013 Perform a key role in conference calls with global team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you want to work with the best, you have to be the best. A successful Android Architect at Crossover will demonstrate the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience building high traffic and large scale Android apps<\/li>\n<li>Committed to producing code that follows the best practice\u2019s of the industry<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the following skills and technologies is mandatory:\n<ul>\n<li>Java 8<\/li>\n<li>Android Studio<\/li>\n<li>JSON, XML, SOAP, REST<\/li>\n<li>OO programming and design patterns<\/li>\n<li>HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax<\/li>\n<li>APIs and Web Services<\/li>\n<li>Maps (Google, ArcGis)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in iOS SDK is desired but not mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Server-side technologies such as Java, MySQL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This role may be a great fit if you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An ability to quickly and eagerly learn new technologies<\/li>\n<li>A Willingness to take responsibility for projects and determine their trajectory<\/li>\n<li>An ability to consistently meet deadlines even while running multiple projects<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with a wide range of individuals (in English)<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative approach to team projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re one of the few legitimate companies offering high-paying jobs that are 100% remote, work from home.
