You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company\u2019s computing needs.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry\u2019s best practice processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage information technology and computer systems<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems<\/li>\n<li>Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy<\/li>\n<li>Manage staff by recommending training needs and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance<\/li>\n<li>Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time<\/li>\n<li>Audit systems and assess their outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Preserve assets, information security and control structures<\/li>\n<li>Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware\/software systems<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in data centre management and data governance<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage personnel<\/li>\n<li>BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Founded in 1993, Antal International is a management and professional recruitment specialist.
