These standards are globally aligned across ECOM and all suppliers to ECOM must comply with the Supplier Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Financial Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Country: Ghana (Accra)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to: Finance Director West Africa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>General Work Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Financial Analyst will ensure the review of all the Business Unit Accounts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide status of financial condition of the West African region by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data and recommending actions.<\/li>\n<li>Review new Business proposal, develop Project models and business plans.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze business results to better understand present and future financial performance in order toachieve or exceed profit targets.<\/li>\n<li>Identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and analyze in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education, Prior Work Experience, And Specialized Skills\/ Knowledge<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Chartered Accountant\/Chartered Financial Analyst\/ MBA in Finance\/ Member ofICWA\/CFA\/CIMA.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of at least 4 years in a large global company.<\/li>\n<li>Must be Fluent in English and French. Experience in WAF would be a great plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in Financial Analysis, understanding of project accounting and microfinance.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge in Analytic tools.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer proficiency working with software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Highly Analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Organizational skills, multi-tasks skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a Critical thinker and pay Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding Presentation and Communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ECOM is committed to protecting the environment, enhancing traceability and expanding the development of sustainable production programmes.
