\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate and oversee the 5MB client technical assistance programme, including coordinating training sessions and the mentorship programme
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee the collection of financial, social, and environmental performance data, and responsible for reporting the data to World Vision Canada
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Communicates business plan targets to Client Relationship Managers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Works to enforce timely and evenly spread disbursements of loans throughout the month (using weekly targets, volume rankings, and other relevant tools)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinates Service Centre support to the performance of the unit.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor the development of arrears at individual Client Relationship Manager levels and recommend the implementation of mitigating solutions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Design, plan, and implement the Performance Standard Tool for CRM
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Take the lead in organising CRM quarterly reviews
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Organise trainings on suitable topics for Unit staff
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Represent 5MB Unit in relevant trainings<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Outstanding Software and Hardware Skills-
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analytical and problem-solving skills, good attention to detail – core capability
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Three years of working experience in IT field: System Administration, Database Administration, Management Information Systems and IT Security; etc
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 2 years in Technology Management Capacity
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Thorough understanding of IT Infrastructure, planning and development<\/p>\n
