Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Lead Psychotherapy Counselor<\/strong><\/p>\n Escaping Poverty (CBT) Project<\/strong><\/p>\n IPA Ghana seeks to hire Lead Psychotherapy Counselors and Assistant Psychotherapy Counselors, who will support a project that aims to provide Cognitive Behavioral Group Interventions (CBGI) to a group of program participants in selected rural communities in the Ashanti and Brong Ahafo Regions of Ghana. \nThe Lead Counselors, working closely with their Assistants, Field Manager, Implementation Associate and senior researchers, will be\u00a0trained in providing CBGI in group settings. Upon successful completion of training, they will provide group counseling sessions to program participants from selected rural communities of the Ashanti and Brong Ahafo Regions, for a period of 12 weeks.<\/p>\n
