\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Plan the works up to 1 month in advance
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate plant and machinery utilisation with AMS maintenance department
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Understand and apply the Ghana Mining Regulations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work under the direction of AMS engineers for the efficient operations of L&H Mining
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Contribute to budget forecasts<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Previous proven experience in their role
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Previous and proven ability to drive for best practice in regards to efficiency and effectiveness
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Able to lead a team and take the hard decisions that are sometimes needed for a successful project
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Valid First Aid certificate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have a valid Ghanaian Driver’s License (With C & E Class)<\/p>\n
