\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Examine risks and potentials and estimate partners needs and goals
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least 5 years of experience in business development
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to write proposals and make presentations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic development plan
