\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Direct and oversee all IT \/Business Solutions related projects to ensure that they are delivered and deployed cost effectively.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee and maintain a secured IT platform for the entire banking operations ensuring appropriate IT Controls are implemented and maintained.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all IT systems are implemented and maintained to required standards.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee systems development and enhancement and the integration of new systems with existing systems.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that IT systems and procedures promote data and bank information security and business continuity.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage telecommunications infrastructure development plans and projects.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage IT Vendor relations.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Master\u2019s degree in Information Technology
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 IT Certification in Project Management or Business Solutions Deployment
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of eight (8) years experience in information technology, with at least 4 years in a senior IT role in the Banking Industry.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in the most current technologies and products used in the banking industry.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in delivering major business or technology programs.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prior experience engaging with Technology vendors<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Detailed understanding of Banking Operations \/ Process reengineering
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to identify requirements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Understanding of IT Security Systems, Networking and Database management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of IT Systems monitoring tools<\/p>\n
