In 2016, we will expand operations into three additional countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to: Managing Director<\/li>\n<li>Travel: approx. 60%<\/li>\n<li>Start date: Immediately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><strong>Summary\u00a0<\/strong><\/u><br \/>\nEsoko is changing how businesses manage smallholder farmers, suppliers and clients through the effective use of mobile\/web innovations. We are currently developing an innovative solution that will enable farmers to save and borrow toward the purchase of discounted agro-inputs on our platform. A vital role in the success of this initiative is the M-Commerce Field Operations Manager, who will be responsible for all aspects of the field execution, including buyer and seller education and recruitment, stakeholder management with a broad range of partners, monitoring and evaluation, and quality assurance.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who is fanatical about field work, is very strong on planning and communication, and is passionate about the opportunity to work in a private sector tech company with huge potential for increased social impact and scale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0M &amp; E Specialist, Esoko Mobile Commerce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/u><br \/>\nEsoko is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Monitoring and Evaluations Specialist to lead the monitoring, evaluating and learning activities of an innovative mobile commerce and digital financial services solution in Ghana. This role calls for a combination of quantitative data management skills, Randomized Control Design (RCD) studies and Human Centric Designs (HCD) and surveys, strong M &amp; E skills (including PMP designs, Indicator tracking and measurement, Detail Implementation Plan and reporting etc.) project management, marketing, business development, sales, strategy, and analytics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop appropriate baseline, project evaluation, benchmarks and data collection procedures<\/li>\n<li>Conduct data analytics and business intelligence analysis of the m-commerce solution and provide results aimed at informing appropriate response to the program implementation<\/li>\n<li>Lead learning studies and surveys \u00a0such as market research, RCD and HCD studies of the innovative m-commerce solution<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that project interventions reflect best practices in business service delivery and group capacity building.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate with Esoko partners on the design and development of baseline data, survey methodologies, focus group methodologies and designing and implementing M&amp;E systems<\/li>\n<li>Monitor partner\u2019s commitment to project goal and objectives.
