\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Administer customer training and ensure efficient technical service support to Sandvik customers within West Africa
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supervise installation and commissioning of Sandvik C & S equipment
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Guide and assist the various teams with equipment fault diagnosis
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct equipment repairs using hydraulic and electri schematics
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Cooperate closely with the Sales team to promote C & S aftermarket parts sales
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide relevant feedback to enable maintenance planning improvements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work towards achieving set KPI’s
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Adhere to all SMC policies & procedures
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Carry out all work within approved budgets and timeframes<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Qualified instrumentation & Electrical Engineer\/Technician (operating voltage on systems is 24v – 110v)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong business sense with good written and oral communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in the use of Spreadsheets and report writing + other MS Office application
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Possession of valid drivers license is a must<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position<\/p>\n
