The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for managing a growing team of analysts responsible for commercial and operational reporting, data analysis and modelling \/ forecasting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Data Analytics Manager (Team Management \/ Data Analysis \/ Reports \/ Commercial finance \/ BI) \u2013 Accra Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and ensure ongoing reports and analysis are delivered by the Data Analytics team on time and quality<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs<\/li>\n<li>Identify new opportunities proactively<\/li>\n<li>Update, refine and enforce policies for the Data Analytics department<\/li>\n<li>Set up, track and manage various projects within the Data Analytics department<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality<\/li>\n<li>Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases\/data systems<\/li>\n<li>Develop and coach team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or relevant credentials<\/li>\n<li>Excellent skills in <strong>Excel, Access &amp; SQL<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Local Ghanaian candidate preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Conversant in dealing with senior management and present analysis findings in a condensed and actionable format<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years team management experience<\/li>\n<li>Be able to contribute to the strategic direction of the data department within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills and with the ability to ideas and concepts in writing, and able to communicate and respond to complete technical requests and questions<\/li>\n<li>Be comfortable with time management and multi-tasking<\/li>\n<li>Be a Strong Communicator and have great interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply directly, by clicking on the Apply Button and visit<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michelle Muir<br \/>\n<\/strong>Senior Associate<br \/>\n<strong>CA Global Africa Recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful however your CV will be kept on our database for any other suitable positions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CA Global\u00a0is an asset financing company that uses mobile technology to provide consumer-financing solutions for solar and other products to low-income customers in West Africa.
