\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor and advise top management on the financial performance of the company
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure value for money and value creation for the shareholders
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee and responsible for treasury functions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure adherence to sound controls over company’s finances and budgets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for budgeting and budgetary controls
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop, implement and evaluate sound accounting policies and practices in conformity with IFRS
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage all long term and strategic functions and activities of the company
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure sound functioning of all financial and operating communication activities in the company with state of the art technology
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strategically position the company as a relevant leader in the industry<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Membership of and current good standing in professional bodies such as ICAG, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA, CFA or any comparable certificate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to manage significant loan portfolio
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Meeting high qualitative and quantitative performance standards
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Competency in T24 banking software is required
