\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Build and expand quality loan portfolio of the company
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advise management of industry trends and development on best credit policies and practices
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Appraise and analyse loan applications and applicants
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure timely processing and disbursement of approved loans
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversight responsibility over credit and relationship officers functions and operations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Help customers with credit problems strictly in line with the credit policies of the company
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other appropriate functions assigned by the managing director or his assistant<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Membership of and current good standing in professional bodies such as ICAG, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA, CFA or any comparable certificate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to professionally manage significant loan portfolios
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Meeting high qualitative and quantitative performance standards
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Significant travel
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintaining confidentiality and working independently under reasonable deadlines and schedules
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Competency in T24 banking software is required
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrate critical, strategic and analytical competencies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
