\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations, management’s policies and operational procedures
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct off-site reviews of branch returns
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare monthly report on branch and business performance
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure good performance and excellent customer service
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with branches for operational logistics provision
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate support services to the branches by service providers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director of the Deputy Managing Director<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Recognised professional qualification as a chartered banker – CIB –
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The Basel accords and computer literacy are added advantages
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Competency in T24 banking software is required
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Sound knowledge of banking laws, operations, processes and practices
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Computer literacy and sound report writing skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Extensive travel<\/p>\n
