\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure adequacy of qualified and competent staff
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for staff health, safety and environmental issues of the company
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure discipline and maximum staff productivity of all employees
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure all labour and administrative issues are handle strictly according to relevant labour laws and best practices
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that the company is an employer of choice in the industry
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support all departments in their human resource needs<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Membership of and good current standing of a relevant professional organisation such as SPHR, CIPD, IHRMP is desirable and an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advanced knowledge in industrial relations, employee relations, and labour law and regulations – labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and other workplace regulations and policies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Expertise in at least 5 specialist human resource management areas including labour negotiations and dispute resolution and safety, health and work environment (SHE) issues.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Competency in T24 banking software is a plus
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, dispute resolution and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
