Information Management Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide Research Assistance and Support, as well as Efficient and Effective Coordination of Information to the Programme Effectiveness Department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Package<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position is based in Accra with some level of domestic\/international travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>S\/He reports to the Programme Effectiveness Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the development of research proposal.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor research plans &amp; implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Support feasibility studies and assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Document findings of research at conferences or in published articles.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain research databases and Assist in conducting Knowledge and information audits<\/li>\n<li>Support in documenting lessons learnt and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in implementing Key Knowledge management initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Support the design and layout of key knowledge assets.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of department plans and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Report and analyze information on the progress of the department plans<\/li>\n<li>Plan and manage the documentation process of key Programme Effectiveness events and information\/ report dissemination.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Programme Effectiveness Director in building presentations for meetings, workshops &amp;
