Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Skills Hub Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Purpose of job<\/strong> :<\/p>\n To provide input to the business development and manage the delivery of products and projects under the British Council Ghana\u2019s skills hub to meet the British Council\u2019s objectives and targets with respect to project outcomes, quality of delivery, income and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n Specific responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Delivery of projects and products<\/strong> : Accountable for successful delivery of Skills Hub projects and products to include resource and budget monitoring etc. 2. Input into marketing and product development<\/strong> 3. Monitoring and evaluation<\/strong> 4. \na) Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to output and financial targets
\ni) helping with the scheduling and resourcing of projects, and training courses
\nii) implementing the monitoring and evaluation of the projects
\niii) budget monitoring for projects, products and services
\niv) Delivery of operational guide for training pathways
\nv) Operationalizing the Skills Hub on-line Portal<\/p>\n
\na)input into the marketing and promotion of courses and Skills Hub products
\nb)input into the development of relevant products and services, and the improvement of existing products and services in line with market research and analysis
\nc)knowledge of British Council on-line and face-to-face products
\nd)gathering market intelligence to inform effective business decision-making<\/p>\n
\na)Effective information gathering for quality assurance and understanding of customer satisfaction
\nb)Evaluation of projects during implementation and at completion using given tools
\nc)Continuing evaluation of impact of activities and projects
\nd)Update of Scorecard figures on SAP<\/p>\n
\nSome evening and weekend work is required<\/p>\n
\nThree year\u2019s work experience as a Project manager
\nKnowledge of business development and financial management
\nKnowledge of the education and training sector systems in Ghana<\/p>\n
