The undertaking which is new and still evolving is located in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Office Agents (Night Receptionist)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:Front Office Agents (Night Receptionist)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Department:Hospitality Unit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports Directly To:Front Office Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Minimum of \u00a2300.00<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure a reliable and efficient way of managing the reservation and allocation of PRECEVID\u2019s Guest House rooms to patrons.<\/li>\n<li>Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.<\/li>\n<li>Provides information about services available in the hotel to incoming and stay-in guest<\/li>\n<li>Verifies and establishes guest\/ customer bills are paid for the accommodation, conferences and for the use of services provided.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps records of room availability and guests\u2019 accounts, manually or using computers.<\/li>\n<li>Computes bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.<\/li>\n<li>Performs simple bookkeeping activities, such as balancing cash accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process.<\/li>\n<li>Posts charges, such as those for rooms, restaurant, bar manually or by using computers.<\/li>\n<li>Transmits and receives messages, using telephones or telephone switchboards.<\/li>\n<li>Contacts housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems.<\/li>\n<li>Advises housekeeping which rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning.<\/li>\n<li>Performs any other duties which may be assigned by the Front Office Supervisor from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Minimum of Diploma in Hospitality Management with an experience in Hotel Front office operations.
