In the case of indirect interaction, a person who sells goods or service on behalf of the owner is known as salesman or saleswoman.<\/p>\n<p>Our client, a global manufacturer and supplier of chemical and mechanical earth control products is currently looking to recruit a proactive Technical Sales Officer to help in their operations in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Technical Sales Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLE PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will promote, support and provide technical advice on the company\u2019s ground support products to the mining industries and to realize the company\u2019s sales and profitability target in the region<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish strong enduring and functional customer relationships that will maximize results for customers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the company\u2019s time and territory management system<\/li>\n<li>Reasonable improvements of area sales results per a year<\/li>\n<li>Provide continuous and accurate feedback to the area Sales Lead: Export<\/li>\n<li>Provide market intelligence on customers and competitors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the company is professionally represented at all times<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining stock and cost effective repairs in satellite workshops<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain excellent working and personal relations as well as trust with relevant employees that adds value to customer success<\/li>\n<li>Capture the value delivered to customers through case studies, promotional articles and technical papers with the team<\/li>\n<li>Hold regular meetings with U\/G Assistants in order to stay abreast of any issues and concerns<\/li>\n<li>Provide product development feedback and interact with both Marketing and Technical functions in U\/G market segment<\/li>\n<li>Monitor projects when transitioning from trial to ongoing sales<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to all EHS policies, procedures and standards to safeguard company\u2019s personnel and assets<\/li>\n<li>Investigate SH&amp;E incidents in your area of operation<\/li>\n<li>Support appropriate SH&amp;E initiatives with customers<\/li>\n<li>Manage product stewardship issues efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0EDUCATION \/ EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post Mining \/ Rock Mechanic Qualification<\/li>\n<li>Financial management experience<\/li>\n<li>5 years\u2019 sales experience with Ground support products\/underground mining<\/li>\n<li>Sales training course will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze date and transfer it into action plan<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have staff management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to hold people accountable<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be result oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to motivate<\/li>\n<li>Must have valid passport and relevant driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer service \/ safety orientated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply send CVs to <strong>bds.pjkt@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A sale is the exchange of a commodity or money as the price of a good or a service.
