This includes human design into the meaning of machine.<\/p>\n<p>Our client, a leading supplier of heavy machinery and building equipment in West Africa is currently looking to recruit a hardworking, competent and proactive Personal Assistant to help with their operations in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Personal Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Profile<\/strong><br \/>\nThe position requires a dynamic, hardworking and competent individual with experience in corporate legal administration and Personal Assistant Experience. Will be reporting directly to CEO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will be responsible for Planning and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;<\/li>\n<li>Organize all phases of extensive travel arrangements including air, hotel, and ground transportation providing organized, detailed, travel itineraries for CEO<\/li>\n<li>Interface with internal and external stakeholders to schedule and organize appointments, conference calls, and events, in-house and external meetings<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for travel visas and accommodation and may travel with the CEO to take minutes at meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Reading, monitoring and responding to email<\/li>\n<li>Answering calls and liaising with clients professionally<\/li>\n<li>Preparing correspondence on behalf of CEO<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and making appointments as well as managing CEO\u2019S electronic diary<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizing meetings,<\/li>\n<li>Ensure confidentiality at all times, as this position will routinely have access to highly confidential information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in any relevant field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-10 years\u2019 experience in corporate legal administration and personal assistant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a multi-national environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Highly self-motivated and directed<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details with the ability to track and manage multiple projects at one time.<\/li>\n<li>High standard of emotional maturity and personal presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Deep proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.<\/li>\n<li>Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be Honest, Reliable and trustworthy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply send CVs to email \u00a0<strong>passpjkt@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Machines employ power to achieve desired forces and movement (motion).
