The Administration Officer is responsible for providing professional business support to members of the UGL Corporate, Management Team and their respective groups. It is a pivotal support role in the day to day running of the corporate office, delivery of operational activities\/actions and coordinating key events, re-occurring reports and general correspondence. Interested applicants should forward a copy each, of their recent CV and cover letter stating clear intent to work in UGL Construction Limited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Major Tasks and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain diaries and prepare daily schedules, including management meetings and appointments, as required.<\/li>\n<li>Screen calls, answer enquiries and provide appropriate responses\/points of contact.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and support events, visitors and meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately take minutes, record actions and agendas from meetings and submit them in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Produce accurate professionally typed and presented documents, reports, bids, contracts, manuals, presentation slides and correspondence as required.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange all travel and accommodation requirements including itineraries for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain correspondence files and records.<\/li>\n<li>Assist and\/or oversee special administrative projects as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sound knowledge of AMO policies and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a member of the Building Fire and Emergency Team for the Business Operations Group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification, Key Skills &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful applicant will have a minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role providing administrative and business support to the management team.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and work effectively under tight deadlines whilst demonstrating effective time management skills and be relied upon to deliver results.<\/li>\n<li>Be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Advanced Word.<\/li>\n<li>Formal qualifications in Business\/Administration will be well regarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants should send their cover letter and recent CV through: <strong>career@uglconstruction.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UGL is one of the most diverse services companies in Australia.
