\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 S\/he will be expected to train programme staff to ensure performance indicators and output, outcome and impact data are prepared and collected properly in targeted geographic areas.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 2 to 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining complex databases
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of computer languages and systems MS Access, SPSS, Database DBMS-R etc
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work experience in a multi-unit, geographically diverse organization strongly preferred
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in accounting is welcomed
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to effectively communicate with project team members to understand and respond to project needs
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to solve complex problems in collaboration with other team members
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to train other staff in using technology and database
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to analyse and interpret data
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven track record of IT decisions and implementation strategies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to interpret and\/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to prioritize and juggle many request
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to travel cut to remote areas<\/p>\n
