The intent of this internship program is to build an important recruitment channel for our business in Africa, specifically in Angola and Ghana, by providing a short-term real world experience in other IBM markets.IBM\u2019s internship programs provide assignments for students to become familiar with IBM\u2019s organization, work style, culture and global reach. Students in this program have expressed interest in working in Africa, if such a position is offered after a successful completion of the internship program. IBM is also committed to compliance with all fair employment practices regarding citizenship and immigration status. Students are expected to manage their own work authorizations without IBM sponsorship.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this program,The ideal intern must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate a passion for sales and technology<\/li>\n<li>Have sales, customer services, or industry experience through school projects, prior jobs, or internships\/co-ops<\/li>\n<li>Possess analytical skills and understanding of financial principles<\/li>\n<li>Be a self starter and have demonstrated leadership experience<\/li>\n<li>Possess people and teaming skills<\/li>\n<li>Possess the technical ability to help develop business solutions<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Be majoring in an area of business with proven academic success (general business, marketing, management, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Be able to independently travel to local IBM clients and meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/p>\n<p>At least 2 years experience in Analyze Client Needs,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years experience in Implement Enterprise-wide Security Admin<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years experience in Implement Secure Remote Access Solutions<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years experience in Apply Knowledge of Key Security Standards<\/li>\n<li>At least 2years experience in Use Written Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Domestic Delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over the past 100 years, IBMers all over the globe have helped make the world work better and smarter.
