{"id":1704,"date":"2010-12-16T01:45:16","date_gmt":"2010-12-16T01:45:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=1704"},"modified":"2010-12-16T01:45:16","modified_gmt":"2010-12-16T01:45:16","slug":"ministry-of-energy-ghana-programme-co-ordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/ministry-of-energy-ghana-programme-co-ordinator.html","title":{"rendered":"Ministry of Energy Ghana: Programme Co-ordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Ministry of Energy<\/strong> has secured funding from the World Bank for the oil and Gas Capacity Building Project.\u00a0To ensure a successful implementation of project plan as specified in the contract:<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate and supervise the implementation of all project activities and assistance provided by other bilateral donors financing parallel activities of the project, as well as future assistance for capacity building<br \/>\nManage the activities and staff of the PUC and ensure timely progress reporting to the high-level Project Steering Committee<br \/>\nSalary &amp; Allowances: Negotiable<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n<p>At least a Master&#8217;s Degree in Engineering, Public Administration, Management or any other relevant discipline<br \/>\nAt least fifteen (15) years post-qualification experience and extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management<br \/>\nKnowledge of World Bank&#8217;s guidelines and procedures in procurement and financial management<br \/>\nGood leadership skills<br \/>\nExcellent, communication skills, including report writing and meeting presentations; and<br \/>\nGood networking and negotiating skills<br \/>\nAbility to provide Leadership for staff<br \/>\nSelf motivated<br \/>\nAbility to work extra hours and also with little supervision<br \/>\nMust be able to implement decisions and achieve result on time<br \/>\nAbility to write good reports, review and analyze reports<br \/>\nAbility to use computers and Office software package (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc) knowledge of the e-use of web based systems<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications with detailed bio-data and three referees as well as photocopies of certificates should be sent to the:<\/p>\n<p>Chief Director<br \/>\nMinistry of Energy<br \/>\nP.
