BAUER Resources Ghana Ltd. has the necessary technical expertise to ensure satisfactory completion of works on schedule and at the highest value to our clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Country Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for planning, development and implementation the strategy to market and grow GWE\u2019s products and systems in Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Develop market based product strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop opportunities and strong relations with key clients, governments, funders, NGO\u2019s, in the water sector in Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Engineering support and planning\/preparation for tenders and running projects.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiations with clients regarding contracts and execution of work.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present monthly report at sales meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering and\/ or Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years experience in managing business units and technical sales.<\/li>\n<li>Result oriented and sales focused with strong technical competence.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, customer orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM software (ideally MS CRM) and MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Team player for a multi-cultural Team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and French, Arabic is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to live and to travel within Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a service provider, BAUER Resources Ghana Ltd. offers sophisticated drilling solutions in the whole of West Africa, if required, even as turnkey projects.
