Job Title:\u00a0Contract Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Summary <\/strong><\/p>\n

Industry experts developing commercial strategies and executing them through (1) creation and positioning of commercial value(s);(2) improvement in terms and conditions from a commercial perspectives; and (3) creation and protection of up-sell opportunities; Risk Management across the contractual lifecycle; Monitoring and working with the Core 3, for improved financial (margins, cash, working capital, change management and upsell) performance of contracts, from the prior SDP baseline; Ensuring governance, through adherence to Sales Directives and Tools and obtaining requisite approvals; Relationship management for enduring customer relationships and satisfaction, both internally and externally.<\/p>\n
