\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage Quality and timely reporting through monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Lead development and implementation of the annual work plan and M&E plan.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure visibility of programme results, achievements and lessons learned through presentations at conferences and workshops and\/or publishing articles through professional journals.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Serve as the primary person responsible for overseeing the full-time and short-term technical assistance personnel and directing programme management and operations, including financial management cost control, partner management, programme planning, performance monitoring, financial reporting, and client relations.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure technical capacity of staff and provide technical assistance and backstopping when required
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Hold team and partners accountable to meet objectives in timely manner and ultimately responsible for management of fiduciary risk, attention to value for money and continual performance improvement<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in management of programmes of similar scope.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and implementing donor funded projects, with a strong preference for experience and familiarity with DFID programming and priorities.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 10 years of experience working with programming in contexts similar to Ghana; experience working in West Africa and particularly Ghana will be strongly preferred.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A thorough understanding of the drivers of VAWG, in Ghana and\/or the region, will be an asset.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated ability to work in concert with team, partner organisations, and key government stakeholders to achieve results.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent written and spoken English.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ghanaian nationals are highly encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n
