Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Pitram Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n DIMENSIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Pitram Administrator is accountable for establishing and implementing the Pitram mine control database for Subika Underground Operations<\/p>\n Operating Cost\/Budget\/Production: Operations\/Capital Budget: $0M Manpower Budget:1-4<\/p>\n PURPOSE:<\/strong><\/p>\n The core business function is to provide SUG a stable mine control database for operational and project reporting, and in accordance to Newmont Standards.<\/p>\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure quality and control of daily inputs of production activities in the mine control system<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure suitable reports are created to support operations<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure new activities are inputted into the mine control system from the technical team<\/p>\n \u2022 Accountable for the site relationship with the mine control systems vendor<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure software updates occur when required in a timely manner<\/p>\n \u2022 Accountable for training of site personnel in the use of the mine control system<\/p>\n \u2022 Amend any issues with daily, weekly, monthly inputs into the mine control system<\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure the Mine Control Guidelines & Procedures are updated<\/p>\n \u2022 Assist with the creation of end of month actuals<\/p>\n Safety and Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Participate and contribute to safe practice and environmental awareness.<\/p>\n \u2022 Actively participate in all Newmont Ghana safety and environmental systems and initiatives.<\/p>\n \u2022 Demonstrate personal commitment in regard to safety and environmental practices.<\/p>\n \u2022 Identification of potential hazards and action that is appropriately taken.<\/p>\n \u2022 Maintenance of a high standard of efficiency, safety and effectiveness.<\/p>\n \u2022 Raising, discussion and resolution of safety issues at regular meetings.<\/p>\n Become familiar with and strictly adhere to Newmont\u2019s Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
