\n* Print journal for tickbacks (both teller and back office)
\n* Print branch reports
\n* Adhering to KCS-B controls
\n* Branch investigations \u2013 internal investigations
\n* Any other jobs which may be assigned to you from time to time, so long as it is not an\u00a0Operational risk
\n* Ensure Compliance with

\nGuidelines and Procedures on cross-Border Account opening Referral @

\n* HND or Diploma in IT would be a plus
\n* Strong IT drive
\n* Strong customer service orientation
\n* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

\n* Excellent understanding and knowledge of branch systems (EBBS)

\n* Ability to provide accurate information and recommend appropriate solutions
