Reporting to the IS Manager and the Local Area Manager, the IS Service Delivery Lead for the delivery of Information Systems services on a daily basis<\/p>\n
Spearheading the move to \u201cService Management\u201d through the adoption of ITIL within our ways of working and communicating the value of Information Systems to all who can benefit from it
\nTaking accountability for local office Information Systems service support; acting as first point of escalation for local Information Systems Issues
\nManaging the delivery of service from delivery of service from delivery units and other direct service suppliers
\nResponsible for the identification and tracking, within the delivery teams, of true problems to completion
\nProviding inputs into bids, due diligence and transition planning for new contracts Ensuring OLA\u2019s, SLA\u2019s, and any third party supplier agreements are in alignment and capable of delivering services within contracted time frames
\nCoordination with the Configuration Manager, and managing the resolution of data inconsistencies within the CMDB
\nSupporting Process Owners and ensuring process functionality and delivery<\/p>\n

\nA relevant professional qualification such as MCSE, MCSA or CCNA
\nMinimum of 5 years post qualification practical experience
\nExperience in IT set-up projects, notably:
\nInternational\/emerging nation experience
\nPlanning and design of the set-up
\nLocal and design of the set-up
\nLocal supplier identification, negotiation and management
\nMust have excellent verbal, written and listening skills
\nAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team
\nAbility to take responsibility and manage tasks through to completion
\nMust be creative, open, honest, reliable and adaptable to change<\/p>\n
