\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Grow and sustain strategic partnerships and alliances with stakeholders in the industry such as government, shareholders, suppliers and customers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and implement a performance driven organizational culture that motivates staff
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Establish regular business performance monitoring and reporting with remedial actions where necessary
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Lead in the development of new products and innovative ideas for business growth<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A Master\u2019s qualification in business management will be an added advantage.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 10 years\u2019 work experience in an industrial, pharmaceutical or engineering organization, 5 of which should be in a senior leadership role
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven and Demonstrated Leadership skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Evidence of previous involvement in strategic planning, development and implementation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in managing government relations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Aged between 40 and 50<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication skills oral and written
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Very strong interpersonal skills
