\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Visting cocoa farms and quantifying and catergorising findings
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Measuring and evaluating overall conditions of the farms
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Holding discussions with farmers in order to get to know other relevant factors impacting the crop
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Systematically documenting field observations and writing regular reports
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintaining and working with all data for weighbridge activities concerning crop
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Following up on stack reconciliation with warehousing subcontractors
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preparing weekly stock delivery, planning stock delivery, planning stock delivery together with operations department and warehousing subcontractors in addition to following up on on a daily basis
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Participating in monthly stocktaking<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A minimum of 2 years working experience in the cocoa industry, e.g field work, dealing with cocoa farmers, sustainability matters
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven interest in the cocoa industry
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work without supervision
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good interpersonal and communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Clean driver’s license
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Fit and in good physical condition
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Fluent in English language
