Our approach is to understand your needs, give you a menu of solutions and work with you to apply the best interventions for your company<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Business Manager will be responsible for the management of the branch and all of its activities including; Customer Service, Operations and Sales, with the objective of retaining customers and contributing to the growth of the Bank\u2019s market share. The successful candidate will report to the Zonal Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cross-sell the Bank\u2019s products and services to new and existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Nurture, develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service within the Branch<\/li>\n<li>Motivate and coach branch staff to meet set targets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper control of processes and compliance with Guidelines &amp; Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Initiate action for business acquisition and spearhead marketing effort to grow the Branch portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Monitor to ensure that Branch Accounts are balanced and reconciled as per operational guidelines\/requirements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all Branch statutory\/special reports and ensure that all variances in relation to set targets are properly explained<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of first degree in any field or equivalent professional qualification<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 5 years relevant experience (with at least 3 years in a supervisory\/management role in the frontline)<\/li>\n<li>Must be customer service oriented<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to analyse and interpret financial information<\/li>\n<li>Must have considerable knowledge\/understanding of banking operations, practices and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate with a flair for banking software applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zormelo &amp; Associates is made up of an outstanding team of highly experienced and qualified permanent staff and associates who together work to add value to clients\u2032 businesses.
