GGBL directly operates two breweries in Kaasi and Achimota.<br \/>\nThe business\u2019 strategy is to protect the quality of our brands, support innovation and creation of competitive advantage for GGBL.<br \/>\nThe role is partly responsible for adding value to the supply chain by ensuring excellent customer service to customers and minimum cost in line with the budget.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Inbound Delivery Processing Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of Role<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be the internal point of contact for the resolution and release of documents blocked during the billing process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure billing documents are processed, archived and mailed.<\/li>\n<li>Audit report verification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Top Accountabilities<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outbound delivery processing-create &amp; maintain deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Execute picking process-create transfer order for delivery and confirm.<\/li>\n<li>Manual batch allocation-assign batches to deliver items.<\/li>\n<li>Post goods issue<\/li>\n<li>Conduct stock count\/recount &amp; record results.<\/li>\n<li>Identify commonly occurring blockage reasons and liaise with customer service\/data administration to produce solutions to reduce the number of blocked documents.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with relevant departments to resolve errors.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting other OTC areas where necessary and appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationship: Customers; Finance Team; SSC; Supply Chain &amp; Logistics\/ Customer Marketing; Haulers; colleagues in department; Marketing; HR; BIS; Service Desk EMEA; Security<\/li>\n<li>Continuously look for process improvement to drive customer satisfaction and raise service efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications Skills and Experience Required<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors in Accounting and Economics<\/li>\n<li>Fully conversant with inventory management processes using SAP.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed knowledge of Diageo warehouse management standards.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed knowledge of Diageo Risk Management, Environmental and Safety Standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Barriers to Success in Role<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inability to influence broadly across the sophisticated customer (internal &amp; external) base.<\/li>\n<li>Inability to make connections across a broad agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guinness Ghana Breweries is a leading brewer and marketer of premium alcoholic, malt drinks and spirits in Ghana.
