\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare reports for management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain records of compliance activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 submit reports to Board highlighting areas of potential risks to the company<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A post graduate qualification or an MBA will be an added advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Certified compliance professional is a plus
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Not less than 5 years experience in the related area<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 In-depth knowledge of industry’s standards and regulations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to persuade others to adhere to standards<\/p>\n
