\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Initiate and lead policies and strategies to promote and grow the business of the company
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Institute measures to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Broker relations with business partners and government agencies to promote the business
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Establish regular business performance monitoring and reporting with remedial actions where necessary
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Lead in the development of new products and innovative ideas for business growtn<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in the insurance industry, at least 5 years of which should have been in a managerial role
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 An additional Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related programme would be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have an excellent team leadership skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be able to work within tight deadlines
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good orientation in corporate, finance and commercial activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 High level of integrity<\/p>\n
