\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate the preparation and publication of the institute’s flagship Ghana Economic Report
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate the development and maintenance of a macro-economic policy analysis and forecasting
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Undertake independent or collaborative quality and publishable research on topical issues affecting the Ghanaian economy and advise government, businesses, and individuals on key economic issues
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist with M&E activities of the institute
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other function as may be assigned by the Executive Director or the Steering Committee<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Superior quantitative skills, ability to develop and maintain macro-economic models, deep understanding of time series and cross-sectional analyses and ability to work with household data
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to use econometric software including Eviews, Stata, SPSS, etc
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team and relate to a wide range of stakeholders (donors, clients and staff)<\/p>\n
