AYRTON Drug Ghana recruits <strong>GM Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to the: Managing Director<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To assume the responsibility and authority, for effective leadership and management of the business. Integrated the various functions of the company and provide strategic direction and momentum for continued growth and sustained business in both Ghana and the West African Market<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for general management and sound financial performance of the company<br \/>\nTo implement corporate and departmental strategy, goals, objectives, policies and procedures by conferring senior management and staff members as necessary<br \/>\nDirect all company operations of diversified team of professional staff and skilled labour, ensuring they are kept up-to-date regarding business strategies and company goals and objectives<br \/>\nEnsure Legal and Regulatory compliance and good governance<br \/>\nEstablish, monitor and develop performance objectives for all departments in the company, with emphasis on results and business acumen<br \/>\nOther special duties as may be determined by M.D<br \/>\nSalary and Benefit: Very Attractive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum qualification of Bachelor degree in Management or its equivalent at least fifteen years (15) relevant working experience, minimum seven (7) years of which should be in senior managerial capacity<br \/>\nMBA (Marketing Option)<br \/>\nMust be at least 38 years old<br \/>\nStrong leadership capacity and able to galvanise commitment to the vision, strategy and values of the company and drive growth in strategic areas of business<br \/>\nResults oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application for position should reach:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER<br \/>\nAYRTON DRUG MFG.
