\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in project implementation\/management
\nExtensive experience in community work
\nVery good understanding of microfinance and rural development issues
\nAbility to conduct independent work
\nExcellent organizational skills
\nExcellent writing, reporting and communication skills
\nFluency in English and Twi. Knowledge of Nzema is a plus
\nComputer literacy (ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and internet)
\nDriver’s license + and ability to drive 4-wheel vehicle in difficult roads<\/p>\n
