An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships. You\u2019ll also identify potential business opportunities for Ernst &amp; Young within existing engagements, and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you\u2019ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team.<br \/>\nIn line with Ernst &amp; Young\u2019s commitment to quality, you\u2019ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in IT Advisory engagements<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress<\/li>\n<li>Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams<\/li>\n<li>Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel<\/li>\n<li>Build strong internal relationships within Ernst &amp; Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to people-related initiatives, including recruiting and retaining IT Advisory Services professionals<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff<\/li>\n<li>Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Addtional requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong academic record including a degree in IT or a related field<\/li>\n<li>English language skills \u2013 excellent written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why should I work for Ernst &amp; Young in IT Advisory?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The leaders of today\u2019s organizations need to know how to maximize value from their IT investments.
