The Preventing Violence Against Girls (PVAAG) program aims to contribute to the long-term reduction in the prevalence of VAWG as well as to strengthen the evidence base on what works to mitigate violence against adolescent girls (aged 10-19) in Ghana. The Social Norms Lead will work in concert with key stakeholders to develop and implement a social norms campaign designed to shift the attitudes and beliefs that justify and perpetuate VAWG in Ghana. She\/he reports directly to the Team Leader and will advise the Implementation Team, providing technical direction for project implementation and ensuring the project meets stated goals, expected results, and reporting requirements.<\/p>\n
