The company adopts a proactive approach towards managing end-to-end VAS<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Support Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidate will be responsible for VAS Operations, High level support and Project support\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for managing day to day Operations and providing 2nd level support for VAS \u201324x7x365.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to monitor and manage Systems to ensure end to end service availability as per platform KPI.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for daily maintenance and support of VAS Platform such as USSD, SMSC, Roaming platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Should be work closely with the vendors during projects design, planning and implementation and ensure business requirements are properly implemented<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for database Performance Tuning, Database Security, Database Management and Data Maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Should be responsible to work on Value Added Services such as Messaging, Data Management, Roaming solution and Telco environment.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to deliver all Contractual scope and meeting KPIs\/SLAs with no penalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functional Skill :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>System Administration (Unix &amp; Windows)<\/li>\n<li>Unix\/Linux scripting<\/li>\n<li>Signaling, SS7, SMPP, HTTP protocols<\/li>\n<li>IP networking and routing<\/li>\n<li>GSM Network\/Switching\/Charging system knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and team management skills<\/li>\n<li>DBA\/SQL Admin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SMSC, USSD, Unix\/Linux scripting , DBA\/SQL Admin<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 5- 10 years<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Armed with deep industry expertise, Mahindra Comviva has a proven track record of successfully delivering managed VAS projects globally.
