With over a decade of experience, dedicated staff and partners locally and abroad, ORG has the expertise and capacity in conducting surveys, data collection, feasibility studies, brand tracking awareness, competitor analysis etc<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Data Analysts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Oxford Research Group-Ghana, is seeking entry level Data Analysts to undertake a specific research projects under the general guidance of a research leader.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Activities\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As part of a wider research group, develop research objectives and proposals with guidance from senior colleagues as required.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and manage own workload, with guidance from colleagues as required.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct individual and\/or collaborative research, including determining appropriate research methods and contributing to the development of new research methods.<\/li>\n<li>Write up research work for publication, individually or in collaboration with colleagues,<\/li>\n<li>Engage in continuous professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree\/HND in Statistics\/Maths\/Economics<\/li>\n<li>Sufficient breadth or depth of knowledge in statistical software ie SPSS, STATA, EVIEWS etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan and organise own workload effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work within a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, engage and persuade, and to present complex information in an accessible way to a range of audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Strong quantitative research and data analytic skills required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage time and pay close attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of statistical software, SPSS, Epinfo, Stata, etc<\/li>\n<li>Reading and comprehending research data and other academic\u00a0 literature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Only candidates with deep knowledge in the use of statistical tools mentioned above would be considered.<br \/>\nQualified candidates should email the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CV<\/li>\n<li>Cover Letter<\/li>\n<li>Sample Data Analysis work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Send required information to: <strong>careers@oxfordresearchgroup.org<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ORG is an equal opportunity employer.
