Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Human Resources Officers<\/strong><\/p>\n Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide Operational Human Resource support to site management and employees on matters including but not limited to, recruitment, HR and IR policies and procedures, HR Administration, payroll, and industrial relations matters.<\/p>\n Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 3 years’HR experience within Ghana and preferably within the mining industry.
