\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and posting of job descriptions on a wide range of job boards
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Receiving and reviewing applications, assisting in the scheduling of interviews ( Date and Time)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in managing all documentation related to the administration of staff contracts and maintains adequate record of all correspondence
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepares monthly reports for management;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain and ensure proper implementation of HR policies and systems in the\u00a0 office<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 3 year experience in playing similar role.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Previous Human Resource experience desirable
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good PC skills especially in excel, word and PowerPoint
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent Communication skills (written\/verbal)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Attention to detail
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good Interpersonal skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job related<\/p>\n
