\n7. Ensure compliance with:
\na. \u201cGuidelines and Procedures on \u201cKnow your Customer\u201d for Account Opening and \u201cGuidelines and Procedures on cross-Border Account Opening Referral\u201d issued by Group Business and Operations risk
\nb. Controls and Procedures on \u201cKnow your Customer\u201d and Customer Due Diligence introduced to address money laundering prevention and compliance risk
\nc. \u201cGuidelines for the submission of Suspicious Transactions Reports\u201d issued by Head, Legal & Compliance\/Country Money Laundering Prevention Officer
\n8. Initiate referrals of any business to appropriate officers.
\n9. Processing of Non Financial Instructions
\n10. Appointed as custodian for captured cards sided key
\n11. Appointed the custodian for branch ATM cards
\n12. Appointed the backup Custodian for Cheque Books, Visa Sheets, Fixed deposit and Counter cheques
\n13. Appointed the custodian for Drive Safe Sticker and Cover note box<\/p>\n
\nB. Comply with legislations and mandatory codes of practices and standards, applicable in Ghana
\nC. Ensure that Group Policy on Health and Safety is being adhered to by you.
\nD. Take reasonable care for the health & safety of co-workers.
\nE. Cooperate with management to support and promote Health and Safety in the workplace;
\nF. Your actions do not put others at risk;
