\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preparation of the weekly\/monthly and ad-hoc asset reports
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Registers (FAR), including monthly updates – Additions, Disposals and Transfers, running month-end asset reports and reconciling FAR with General Ledger
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring asset finance transfers across the group is in line with the asset sale
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring insurance transfers across the Group is in line with the asset sale
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring the asset purchase\/disposal and capex function is completed per AMS policy
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Complete the capital budget, including current and growth operations up to 3 year cycles<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have knowledge in financial software – Pronot\/Pulse
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have knowledge of principle and practices of accounting nd a commercial and audit environment
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have knowledge of statutory Accounting and Tax compliance procedures
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in fixed\u00a0 asset management an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in french will be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and e-mail
