\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Where applicable, responsible for the implementation of regular “refresher training” on an ongoing basis to ensure ISE’s are constantly up to date with any changes in policies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for the full day-to-day operations of the branch teller.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for ensuring that all files are activated within 24 hours after disbursement
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for assisting the Area Manager in terms of developing and implementing effective marketing and advertising strategies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Where applicable, the Branch Manager is responsible for achieving both the independent sales executive and “walk-in” component of the branch target set.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for all personnel in the Branch, ensuring their well-being and ensuring their compliance with all company policies and procedures
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for assisting the Area Manager in terms of developing and implementing effective marketing and advertising strategies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for maintaining adequate loan quality controls at the application stage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for the execution of the company’s credit policy at the application stage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for ensuring the Branch is always kept clean and tidy
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for handling customer services and any other after-sales services which may be applicable
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for any reporting to Head of Operations, Area Manager and other izwe staff as may be required by your relevant managers.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A bachelor’s degree is recommended (majoring in Sales or Marketing is an advantage)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Branch management experience at a bank or micro-lender essential
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office and e-mail (Credit Ease experience is an advantage)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent sales skills
